Malcolm Nesset. Mr. Outlier.

I like things happening. An idea turning into a project. A training session that asks something of me. Music that makes standing still impossible. People with energy and ambitions of their own.

I’m co-founder and CEO of Live Longer, a Norwegian longevity company. I’m founder and CEO of Ameo, which builds dating for singles and a Partner Room for couples. Before that I built MaidMe, where you find and book home cleaning online or in the app.

I train, fast, use the sauna and cold plunge, and don’t drink alcohol. I still want to go out: dance, travel and meet people. Statistically Inconvenient is where I write about how I make that whole picture hold together.

What I write about health is my own experience and my own measurements, not advice for others. Where I mention my own products or companies, I say so.
